Ever since the practice was estabilshed in 1995, we have been involved in the design, documentation and contract administration of a broad spectrum of building types in the commercial, government and residential sector. We have had the pleasure of working with an ever growing group of enthusiastic and committed clients, who, in many ways, have contributed to our expertise and breadth of service provided.

We are usually engaged at the sketch design phase, and mormally end up seeing the building through to final completion. We pride ourselves on meeting our clients' brief, budget and expectations for their new buildings.

We have always tried to achieve value for money with our design and architecture, which was a prelude achieving more with less - a common theme in sustainable design. Our most recent projects embrace Environmentally Sustainable Design principles, and we are committed to designing more sustainable buildings as well as working with our clients to spread the sustainability message in their community.

As qualified architects, W.I.M Architects are excited by the challenge of design and working with all building types. We have been involved in a wide variety of projects including retail showrooms and other vehicle related buildings, detached dwellings, multi-residential, convenience retail shopping centres, pharmeceutical production facilities, industrial warehouse buildings and offices. Master planning and interior design are other areas of our expertise. We are registered to procure building projects in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Victoria and Papua New Guinea.
